The on-line Art Project for Children "WOW! What an Amazing World!" is dedicated to art and peace education as well as friendship between children worldwide.


The project is for all children, disabled or not disabled, regardless of their race or religion, their language or culture, and no matter where they are at the moment: at schools or camps, hospitals or health rehabilitation centers, orphanages or jails.


The World Art Project for Children "WOW! What an Amazing World!" was created in the year 2004 in Russia by the leaders of the

We invite all children and their teachers from all over the world to join the WowWaw project.


Goal

To promote art and peace education, friendship and understanding among the children of different countries through the art of Origami.


Objectives

  1. To help young people get a chance in their life to became fully fledged citizens in the modern world through art and peace education.

  2. To support and encourage educational, cultural and peaceful activities that contribute to the development and promotion of the Peace Tree Art Movement and its main idea "Peace through Art".

  3. To serve art education among youth and schoolchildren as an effective pedagogical method to create awareness and understanding towards children with disabilities.
